U.S. Seaman’s Romantic Reunion With His Boyfriend After Six-Month Deployment On USS Carl Vinson (via Huffpost)
Footage of a heartwarming reunion between a gay U.S. Navy seaman and his boyfriend is making the blogosphere rounds.
The sailor, identified in the video simply as Trent, had been deployed on the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson for nearly six months, according to Towleroad. Waiting for Trent amongst the friends and family at the Naval Air Station North Island in San Diego, Calif. was his boyfriend, Lee.
As he waits, an “ecstatic” Lee nervously checks his phone repeatedly before finally greeting Trent with a passionate smooch — yet another poignant reminder of the progress made since the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” last fall.
When the narrator asks Trent what he plans to do when he retires from military service in 10 months, he gleefully replies, “Go to Disneyland!”

I don’t think maculine is a mr. muscles, seeing as he also shouts steroids at the mere sight of low body fat, abs, and other nicely-developed muscles.
How can a person say he is GAY and a TOP and still spout such CRAP about other GAY individuals, who are both white by the way. That is his preference in his profile. Neither one was dressed in pink or lavender or dresses. Masculinehills is a jerk and I believe somewhat of a hypocrite in the first degree and if he really dislikes all this stuff he rants about he should stop logging into Squirt and find another world he can tolerate and can tolerate him. I feel a huge amount of pity for anyone that can find it in their heart to be so utterly callous about that video.
I have to wonder which part of it causes such spiteful bitterness in MasculineFoothillsMan; Perhaps it was the fact that his boyfriend was obviously so dedicated to him, had waited for him and happy to have him home? Or perhaps that they were comfortable enough to be open in public or maybe that his family embraces their relationship?
I’m happy to see such as positive representation of gay men out there in the media and wish them both every happiness.
