Director’s Note: I’m excited to premiere the preview of our new project “A Thing of Beauty.”

As many of you know, we sent Gabriel Clark to a remote paradise in the dead of winter. He invited Colby Keller, Dale Cooper, and JD Phoenix — but there will be plenty of time for me to discuss the details of the project when it’s released.

For now, I’d like to share a personal note about this project because it is so special to me. This is the first of many creative collaborations with my life partner of 15 years, R. J. Sebastian. Many of you know that we work together, and it is RJ’s beautiful work as the Director of Photography that brings such tenderness to all of my films. Without him, “The Haunting” and “RoadStrip” would still be thoughts on a page.

Truthfully, my entire life with R.J. is a creative collaboration. When I met him 15 years ago, I was at a low point in my life — career in the dumps, broke, and irresponsible. He was everything I was not. He made me want to be a better man.

We have been together since our first date. Is it love? Yes, but it’s also being willing to communicate and work through the hardest and challenging parts of life that are tossed at us. And we continue to do it everyday.

This project — even this short trailer — is a love letter to my love of loves. And it’s OUR document that reminds us that what we have created together is precious. It is the one thing in my life, along with our relationship with Benny Morecock, I am the most proud of.

My hope is that these short films are a candle in the dark for anyone who doubts that the love between two men is anything but A Thing of Beauty.

Love always & be nice,

Jake Jaxson

  1. mmm beautiful, need holiday so bad, one like this would be fab, even better if those three could cum along.

  2. Looks like a hot video with nice production values like his previous work. I do consulting work for the major Studios and a variety of services for actors which take me to sets. It all looks glamorous, but it’s hard work. Location shoots, because of all the transportation and lodging costs, are especially grueling. To make the most of the money spent, 16-18 hour days are the norm, with lots of boring waits for shots to be set up or reshoots, etc. that leave little time to have fun away from the set. Most of that time is similar to being stuck in a waiting room waiting for your name to be called…pretty boring. Hopefully, the pay is good and your fellow actors are cool to spend time with…

  3. It’s good to see that there are people out there making classy and quality work of this sort—with the relationships between the “players” laid out in a plausible and realistic manner. It is also cool that the sex between the actors is based on more than guys just meeting and “doing it,” that they already know and like and even love one another.

Behairy is right about doing film production work whether for commercials, projects of this sort, television shows, and full length motion pictures being very unglamourous—-I have taken part in numerous such productions over the years going back to doing some background extra work on some films Burt Reynolds shot in Savannah, Georgia back in the late 1970s, Miami Vice in the middle years of its run and a made for TV movie that aired on CBS in the mid-80s starring Brooke Shields and the late Burgess Meredith.

During that time, I was in the Coast Guard assigned to a CG cutter and film productions liked to use us for short scenes–for about maybe a few minutes at most in film time-if that–we would spend three or four grueling days working in the hot sun in South Florida and the Bahamas, with most of what they shot with us never made it to the screen—but it was cool to get a behind the curtain look at the way that films and TV shows are produced.

  4. I see that the guy who takes two cocks at the same time enjoys it. I do enjoy it very much especially when I feel the pulses of their cocks when they seed me, stretching my pussycunt.

  5. Hot quality porn? Is there a contradiction? No, this is erotic and hot. (Everything with Colby is hot btw…)

  6. WOW!!! stretched assholes DP and sandwiching all in one hot display – wanna eat out all this sweet fukhole….

  7. does anyone know what the name of the music for the soundtrack of the above video is?

  8. Lovely images to go with Smetana’s “The Moldau”. Gabriel’s eyes are absolutely mesmerizing.

  9. To Belleville…
Checkout the app store for your smartphone. Enter “identify music/song”. It’s so handy to have it with you everywhere. Your phone ‘listens’ and analyzes it. Some even let you hum or sing a few bars. Most identify it within seconds. Enjoy!

  10. Damn, the double penetration is beautiful.

Gay marriage is real nice and all, but personally, if it met getting some of that every night, I’ll be holding out for polygamy.

  11. So nicely filmed. A joy to watch though I felt the music was a bit of a cliche. But this was a delicious romantic interlude but for something a bit sexier go and read the cocktales of monthis
