If you like getting naked with other guys, and you fancy some vacation time in Australia, then this could be you.
Gay Naturists International – the guys behind the annual Naked Camp in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania – bring you Naked Beach. Held from 21-28 February 2019, Naked Beach takes you Turtle Cove Resort on the Great Barrier Reef for a unique Australian experience.
Turtle Cove Resort is a gay, clothing-optional resort that has its own private clothing-optional beach. It’s a stunning part of the world.

I caught up with Gene Evangelist from GNI to find out more about the trip.
How many guys do you expect to take part in the Naked Beach event in Australia?
We’re expecting roughly 50 men who will be staying at the resort, and an equal number of local guys dropping in to spend some quality naked time during this seven day event.

Where do most attendees come from?
This is going to be a truly international group. Gay Naturists International host the worlds largest naked camp 90 minutes from NYC every August, and we have a large contingent of international nudies. Many will have joined us at Naked Camp before. Some will be completely new. We will have men from the US, Australia, Canada, UK, Germany, New Zealand, Singapore, the Philippines, and other locations.

What sort of entertainment will be provided at the Naked Beach event?
There will be a few types of entertainment. Turtle Cove Resort in Cairns Australia is nestled in one of the most beautiful, breathtaking, and exotic places on earth.
We’ve put together a number of once-in-a-lifetime excursions to fully experience this amazing location. The main excursions are to the spectacular Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest. This will be an opportunity to conveniently see and experience these natural wonders with a group for a cost that wouldn’t be possible alone. Other excursions are also available.
There will also be numerous daily activities that take advantage of the freedom of a private naked beach – entertainment, massage exchanges, body painting, socials, evening beach dance parties, dining, barbecues, and just hanging out naked at the pool and beach with your toes in the water or sand. It’s all good.
After Turtle Cove, there will be a journey to Sydney for the world-renowned, one of a kind, Sydney Mardi Gras. There will also be a kayaking paddle around Syndey harbour, and a naked barbecue at a private residence.
Local nudists will make the journey warm, friendly, and embracing. A remote private beach will provide intimacy. Never to be experienced anywhere else natural wonders will add magic. Plus the amazing city life excitement of Sydney and the Mardi Gras will make this an adventure not to miss.

What sort of guys go to an event like Naked Beach?
The guys who go aren’t afraid to step out of their comfort zone and clothes for a unique experience.
There are single guys, couples, couples who are possibly looking to find a safe and enticing location to open their relationships up to others, and monogamous couples who want to be surrounded by a stimulating naked environment.
It will be all ages from hot young guys to daddies, and all body types from those who visit the gym daily to those who couldn’t be bothered. The common element between all of these men is that everyone is nice. Nudity doesn’t just remove clothes and leave them behind, it also removes attitude. It’s a clothing-free, attitude-free zone in paradise.

How sexual is an event like Naked Beach – is everyone there to just hook-up?
Guys frequently ask what goes on sexually.
This environment is all male, social, naked, and sensual, so it’s not a prudish backdrop. But sex isn’t expected or mandatory. Sex out in the more public places is discouraged, but it’s a big private open beach.

If I’d never been to a naked gay event like this before, do you have any advice or guidance?
If you had never been to a naked event, this would offer a place to get naked in a relaxed environment and ease into nakedness and awareness of the sensuality trapped within your clothes.
I think there are a lot of guys who feel more comfortable getting naked in a private remote area away from home. The remoteness makes it easy to forget your ‘regular’ life and take a naked walk along the beach with someone you care about or have just met.
What happens at the beach, stays at the beach.
