I caught up with Malorie Likes for a behind-the-scenes look at his online life.

The origin story

“It happened pretty naturally…” says Malorie, when I ask how he got his start in the adult entertainment industry.

“I’ve always been a fan of porn and I’ve always been a low-key pervert. So, all I did was change the low-key to a high-key, and started charging people to see it.”

The exhibitionist urge

“I think anybody that chooses this line of work – and, more importantly, enjoys it – is an exhibitionist on some level…” adds Malorie. “It just depends where on the scale that you land.”

“I personally think that I fall somewhere in the middle of the exhibitionist scale. At any given time, I’m either Cockdestroyer level of confidence, or Phantom of the Opera level of shy.”

Heroes and inspirations

“Luckily, for the most part, I enjoy the entrepreneurial side of the business…” confirms Malorie.

“There are elements that I like less and that I’m not so good at, but there are also elements that I really really enjoy – like interacting with my audience.”

“Unless you’re represented by a studio, or you have enough money to get other people to do it for you, there’s no way to escape the business side of creating content.”

“I don’t think that people realise just how much work is involved sometimes – they think that it’s just sex and then, boom – money.”

“Not everyone has that instant following or that immediate success. For the rest of us, it’s about being consistent and working your butt off – literally.”

The underwear

“To be honest, on myself – if it’s just day-to-day – I go for comfort…” explains Malorie, when our conversation inevitably turns to underwear.

“I have quite a hefty ball-sack, not to mention an overactive trouser-snake – this means that classic Y-fronts are a no-no, unless you like overhang.”

“I go for fitted boxer-briefs, usually black. I like the way that they look on me, plus they cling to my legs and make my quads look bigger.”

Planning for the future

“Well, I think that all depends on the pandemic…” says Malorie, when I ask what his plans are for the months ahead.

“I had a lot of things in the pipeline that either had to be put on hold or scrapped entirely, so really I’m just looking forward to getting back to work.”
