Milkme, that was a rather massive exageration over his waist size…and what does waist size even have to do with muscle mass? technically having a small waist is just as ideal to a body builder as it is to someone who prefers this guy’s type of build. AYA: with your body stats, I hardly think you would really know. Slim waists are what body-builders like to have, but rather, bb look for the X shape body. As a bodybuilder for 20 years, I can tell you that, often waist size is genetic, and a combination if training over the years. PS: his waist is NOT thick at all, in real life this guy would come in at 160 pounds or less, and very low body fat % that gives the effect of a lager muscular physique. I hardly complained about him, I just prefer men with a bigger muscular build- its called an opinion.
