Whenever you run into an error page, a chat that won’t send or an account that won’t update, it can be frustrating. We totally understand. It’s not only getting in the way of your enjoyment on Squirt.org, it can slow down that next hook-up. That’s why we’re always here to help, and working on improvements all the time to get you the help you need.
Squirt.org now has a brand new FAQ section in our HelpDesk so you can get any of your issues figured out more easily! Just slide on over to the FAQ section at the bottom of any Squirt.org Desktop page, or at the bottom of the Help section on our side menu on Mobile.

When you click on that page, you’ll be brought to that new HelpDesk. From there, you can:
- Click on our FAQ section to learn more about the features available on Squirt.org, or some common questions/issues our users run into.
- You can use the search feature at the top of the page to find your topic fast.
- Or scroll through our FAQs or How To Guides, where you’ll be prompted with a dropdown menu of options.
- Create a new HelpDesk ticket using the button in the top right corner.
- Slide through the list of options for what you need help with.
- Submit your ticket with your contact information and a bit more detail about your problem, and we’ll get to you as soon as we can.
Cancelling a HelpDesk Ticket
If you decide to send in a HelpDesk ticket, but are then able to figure out your problem using our FAQ page, that’s no problem! You can cancel that ticket on your own using the link you received in an email confirming the ticket was created. That way, it’s out of our system and it saves room for the next user who might have a problem. Help a buddy out, you know?
By cancelling your ticket, it clears our load a little more, and that’s what every guy wants, right? But by submitting a ticket, or any question our way in the first place, you’re helping us know what our Squirt.org users are wondering about. It helps us bulk up the FAQ section so everyone can get to their hook-ups with ease.
