It’s X-FACTOR’s Johnny Robinson, Bitches!

1. The costume reminds me of one PIKO wore in a recent photoshoot.

   PIKO is a Japanese singer who is capable of mimicing a female tone very similar to this guy, so it’s an interesting thing to notice.

2. this isn’t a great song for him, yes he is entertaining but he wouldn’t of made it this far if he performed like this early on.

4. I agree with Blocked, even though I’m no fan of X Factor or any other show of its kind. Counter-Tenors and those males who can sing in a female tone are treated more as a novelty in Western Culture. I’d be more impressed if instead of just pouncing about like some Autralian tartlet, he’d work with songs and music styles that showed off the unique talent in a GOOD way. Another Japanese counter-Tenor, ~selia~ is a good example of this. He does vocals in pretty music, but it doesn’t really show off his talent. He also sings opera as a counter-tenor which REALLY shows off his talents beautifully.
