Vegas-based porn star, escort, and filmmaker, Brian Bonds has successfully built a career in the adult entertainment industry.
I caught up with Brian to reflect on his current projects and the changing landscape of the gay porn world.
The origin story
“Like many people who watch porn, I wanted to be one of the guys on the screen or in the magazine…” explains Brian. “Back in 2011, I didn’t have much else going on for me. I wasn’t in shape, and I was really depressed because of not being who I wanted to be. So, I locked myself away from friends and family and focused on getting myself in the shape I needed to become one of the guys on the screen.”
“I’m an exhibitionist – always…” confirms Brian. “My exhibitionism really comes out at sexual street fairs and bathhouses.”
The inspirations and the fantasies
“I’d have to say that one of my biggest inspirations in this industry is Mr. Pam and those stars who ended up behind camera…” says Brian, as we talk about who some of his industry heroes are. “That’s pretty much where I’ve set my next goals, to be behind camera in my own studio.”
“In terms of fantasies, at this point, I feel like I’ve done everything there is to do on the gay side…” shrugs Brian. “I guess I’ve done everything except be the bottom of an interracial gang-bang. I’ve done it a couple times, but not on camera.”

The future
“Being in this industry for nine years, I’ve just been obsessed with the creative aspect of making porn…” explains Brian, as our conversation turns to plans for the months ahead. “I became inspired to buy my own lights, camera and to write my own stories.”
“I’ve recently started up my own studio, StoneyPup Productions…” adds Brian. “Here, I’m able to have full creative control with nobody telling me what I can or can’t do. The action can be as light or heavy as I want. The stores are mine. I just love everything about being a studio owner.”
