Everyone loves a festive holiday movie, right? Getting right into the spirit of the season, the team at Falcon Studios are sleighing with the release of Cumming Home For Christmas.
Directed by Steve Cruz and Ben Rush, Cumming Home For Christmas stars Cade Maddox, Cole Connor, Dakota Payne, Trevor Brooks, Dan Saxon, Taylor Reign, Isaiah Taye, and DeAngelo Jackson – all doing their best to make the yuletide gay.
We caught up with some of the cast and crew to swap a few fun facts about the festive season.
What are some of your favourite things about the festive season?
Cade Maddox: “I love the sense of joy and happiness the season puts in the air. Christmas shopping and family time are the best!”
Dakota Payne: “I love any reason to gather with those you care about and celebrate life and community.”
Trevor Brooks: “I’m a foodie so I love Christmas dinners and being around my friends.”
DeAngelo Jackson: “The music, food, Christmas movies and spending time with the family.”
Cole Connor: “I enjoy the abundance of gay holiday cookie and ugly sweater parties. I love to sport a cute hoodie by the fireplace. I also love seeing lights on all the houses and the seasonal decor.”
Dan Saxon: “My favourite thing about the festive season is the food. I love making Christmas cookies, and I love all that comes with Christmas dinner.”
Steve Cruz: “It’s the time of year people begin to think about others and become more generous. We gather satisfaction from what we gift to others or in service. It’s the best of who we are packaged neatly across 12 days. I also love the festival of lights and decorating our homes. It really is the most wonderful time of year.”
Ben Rush: “The holidays are the perfect time to see family and re-charge for the new year!”
Are you an easy person to buy Christmas presents for?
Cade Maddox: “I think I’m easy to buy for. But if you ask my partner or my family, they’ll say no – because I usually buy things for myself during the year.”
Dakota Payne: “Absolutely! I love everything from novelty items to extremely thought out, meaningful gifts. It’s the thought that counts!”
Trevor Brooks: “Yes, very. You could draw me a picture and I would be happy. I don’t get hung up on what I’m going to receive from anyone, but I do love surprises.”
DeAngelo Jackson: “Yes. Anything tech related and I’m happy.”
Cole Connor: “Sure – as long as it’s something I want!”
Dan Saxon: “I think I’m an easy person to buy gifts for because I like practical gifts. If I need socks and you get me socks, then that’s a great gift!”
Steve Cruz: I think so. But I like to make wish lists, and I prefer to buy for family and friends from their wish lists. My husband hates it because he likes to get creative with shopping, and I take the fun out of it. I tend to feel guilty if people spend hard-earned money on stuff I won’t use.”
Ben Rush: “My friends and family know my interests well – books and shoes – so I don’t think they find it too difficult to shop for me.”
Is Christmas sexy?
Cade Maddox: “Christmas is about to get very sexy with Cumming Home For Christmas!”
Dakota Payne: “Definitely. A bearded daddy climbing down my chimney to get my milk and cookies? How provocative!”
Trevor Brooks: “I think Christmas is sexy when you’re with the right people. I definitely love attending sexy Christmas parties – especially the ones where I get all the loads!”
DeAngelo Jackson: “It can be, with sexy pyjamas!”
Cole Connor: “Oh, for sure! ‘Tis the season for giving and receiving.”
Dan Saxon: “Christmas is sexy when you get to cuddle up with a sexy boy by the fire.”
Steve Cruz: “A grown ass man naked in their skin-tight union suit or onesie? Hell to the yes! Santa can eat these cookies. I dig beards and generous dads. The whole sliding down the chimney thing – I’m here for it.”
Ben Rush: “Christmas is very sexy – a joyful time of year to relax and take a load (off).”
Do you have any favourite Christmas movies that you like to watch each year?
Cade Maddox: “I love The Santa Clause and Home Alone – holiday classics. I also love Miracle on 34th Street.”
Dakota Payne: “I love the classic National Lampoon series.”
Trevor Brooks: “My favourite Christmas movie has always been The Nightmare Before Christmas.”
DeAngelo Jackson: “Christmas Vacation, Scrooged, A Christmas Story, and Home Alone 2.”
Cole Connor: “I was raised in a Jewish home so I never really had Christmas movies that my family would watch together. But I did grow up in the Home Alone era and always loved those movies.”
Dan Saxon: “I love The Nightmare Before Christmas.”
Steve Cruz: “Everyone loves A Christmas Story. I also have a twisted side – Gremlins all the way!”
Ben Rush: “Is it corny to say Love, Actually? Hugh Grant, Liam Neeson and Colin Firth – the entire Christmas ‘daddy’ fantasy in one film!”
How do you hope that people feel watching Cumming Home for Christmas?
Cade Maddox: “Horny!”
Dakota Payne: “I hope they think it’s silly and sexy! We had a blast making the film – and the sex is amazing!”
Trevor Brooks: “I hope they are as turned on as I was when we filmed it! Dakota Payne is one of my favourites, and our scene is definitely worth watching. The chemistry in that room was through the roof – on-camera and off!”
DeAngelo Jackson: “I hope they are turned on. I also hope they see a great performance and make it a part of their holiday movie lineup.”
Cole Connor: “My Christmas wish for all viewers is that they be filled with that warm, gooey Holiday feeling when they watch my festive fuck with Dan Saxon!”
Dan Saxon: “I hope they get mega turned on and cum!”
Steve Cruz: “It’s a hot movie with hot guys and hot scenarios. The little moments of joy are my favourite parts. I am really proud of how it looks, how carefully we paid homage to the classic cable holiday genre. We really put our hearts into this for the fans.”
Ben Rush: “I hope that audiences enjoy the kind of holiday movie they’ve always wanted to see. We turn the cable TV holiday film genre on its head – pun intended – which I hope gives everyone a creamy white Christmas!”
