I caught up with porn power-couple Jack Mackenroth and Dolf Dietrich for a behind-the-scenes look at their new venture – Jack’Dolf Smut Factory.
Joining forces
“It was kind of an obvious step, once we started chatting about our individual experiences in the adult industry…” explains Dolf. Jack and Dolf have joined forces personally as well as professionally, and I was interested as to what led them to launch their own content studio.
“My studio work and live performances have completely evaporated due to COVID-19, and I’ve been struggling to build a following on OnlyfFans and JustFor.Fans. Jack has been on OnlyFans for three years, but once people have seen you a couple of times they’re rarely loyal and often shop around to different accounts.”
“All these guys that claim they are getting rich off of OnlyFans and JustFor.Fans are lying…” adds Jack. “No matter how well known you are, it’s always a struggle. I’m always in the top 3 percent of both platforms – I’m successful but by no means raking it in. So, we started to think about how we could combine forces to make a more dynamic and more lucrative product. From that brainstorm, our hybrid studio Jack’Dolf Smut Factory was born.
Navigating the distribution landscape
“At the moment we are releasing our content on our individual pages…” explains Dolf, when I ask how Smut Factory will reach its audience.
“Eventually, we will have a JD Smut Factory account on those sites. Maybe one day it will be centralised at JACKDOLF.com.”
“Due to COVID-19 and the crazy demands of putting together a physical studio space, we are pacing ourselves and putting out about one scene per week…” adds Jack. “But that will accelerate greatly in the upcoming year post COVID-19. We also plan on producing a lot of content where we are behind the camera directing and producing scenes.”
“The only way we can really expand is if we are not on camera in all of our content…” confirms Dolf. “It’s next to impossible to run and maintain a studio and appear in every scene.”
If you build it, they will come
“We are both designers, so we want people to walk in and think – Holy Shit, this space is amazing!” says Dolf, explaining the planning that has gone into the studio. “We have considered every design element to create a unique space and multi-sensory sexual experience.”
“At the Smut Factory, we offer three slings, a fuck-bench, a rim-seat, hundreds of sex toys – including a massive dildo on wheels, two fuck-beds, two projectors, and a couple of glory-holes for good measure.”
“The multi-level production studio even has named and themed rooms. Upstairs – known as the Stag room – has a much lighter luxe feel to it, but descending into the downstairs dungeon, also known as the Smut Room, it becomes immediately evident that more dark and carnal pleasures await.”
“Elevating the production value of self-made content to the next level with top of the line lighting and filming equipment is paramount to our brand.”
“We will offer the space for content creators – amateurs and professional porn stars – to film. We will also offer different options to content creators, For instance, if we recruit the talent and want the final product to represent our brand, that falls under one category. Another option is that we rent the space as a fully set up studio for a creator. Right now, these options are all under consideration and will be finalised in the coming months and listed as a menu of options on our website.
Defining the brand
“It will be fetish heavy with room for experimentation in other genres…” explains Jack, when I ask about the creative vision for Smut Factory. “Of course, that can mean a myriad of things.”
“In our personal lives, we are both very piggy…” adds Dolf. “That will be reflected in much of our content – fisting, watersports, large toys, and more. Our creative direction and aesthetic will be high-end yet relatable. Our studio space is impeccably designed with nods to Tom of Finland, 70’s vintage porn, high fashion, and traditional leather dungeon culture. It’s like an art and design studio married with a sexual fetish palace.”
“One of our hopes at the Smut Factory is to inspire people to be open-minded toward their sexuality and experiment! If it feels good, and it’s legal, try it!”
“Basically, we’d love to inspire the guys that watch our scenes to try something new. We want them to feel that it’s okay to explore sexual fantasies that they might have dreamed about, but never considered trying.”
“The unique thing about the Jack’Dolf Smut Factory brand is that all of the content that we make will be created by a real-life couple who loves sex and all of the experimentation and pigginess that comes with it…” concludes Jack. “We have so many fetishes to explore – the list is endless. Oink!”

Jack Mackenroth recently did a whole bunch of OnlyFans videos with FTMs and so did Dolf. Love them as people but any man who has sex with FTMs is off the “must fuck” list.
To much graffti for me, pass.
